  1. Zoom into area of interest
  2. Click on Parcel
Results and links to other data will open in this side panel.
Search by PARCEL
Search parcels by their "grid numbers" (a 26 digit number identifier). For convenience, you only have to enter the 6 digit LOT portion of this 26 digit number as the bold type below

[132000 0023 0002 04 123456 0000]

Search by OWNER
Search Parcels by parcel owners. You must enter a last name (or just a portion of a last name). Parcel owners can be either the primary owner or any additional owners. Company names are also valid entries for "Last Name". You can futher filter the search with a first name. Please note that by default a search is for the Entire County. A dropdown at the top of the screen can refine your search to a municipality.
Search by ADDRESS
The Identify tool will return information about parcels based on the parcel address. This is not necessarily the same as structure addresses. For example a parcel with two structure addresses may be addressed as '34-36' Main St. You can search by Number only, by Street only, or by a combination of the two. A dropdown at the top of the screen can refine your search to a municipality.
Area of Interest
This will zoom-in to the municipal boundary and FILTER your parcel, owner, and address searches.
Parcel Owner List Generator
The Parcel Address List tools produces a mailing list for all primary owners for selected parcels (not residential owners). All four tool options behave essentially the same.

  3. Pick a option to select parcels around a point, line, polygon or a specific parcel.
  4. Move over the map
  5. Follow screen directions
Two things will now happen. A new page will open with a list of property owners with mailing address AND the map will show a blue highlight of the buffer area from which the parcel owners were selected.
Coordinates
The coordinates will show StatePlane coordinates (these values are in feet) as you move the cursor around the map. To convert these values to Geographic Latitudes and Longitudes by double_clicking (2X) on the point of interest. A red target will show where you selected. To erase the target and values click on the symbol
Printing
Completing a Parcel, Owner, Address search or an Identify will make Printing options available with the results window. These printing options will include the map as well as generating other reports in pdf format (such as well reports, Filed Maps, structure photos) that are also printable.

Expert Users: the map area can be saved as an image and saved to your computer or pasted into a document or email. To do this right click and select the 'save picture as' or 'copy' option.
